The owners of a Duluth, MN care facility contacted DBS after noticing their exterior sidewalks had settled — creating trip hazards for residents and visitors. Check out the before & after photos of how we leveled the uneven concrete using PolyLevel® foam injection.
Uneven sidewalks at this care facility concerned the owners. Wanting to eliminate trip hazards for residents and visitors, they contacted DBS for more information regarding our concrete lifting and leveling service.
Concrete Repair Manager Steve Lafontaine visited the facility and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the project. DBS Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her crew completed the work using PolyLevel®.
Our crew begins PolyLevel® installation by drilling small, dime-sized holes into the concrete. From there, the PolyLevel® foam is injected into the holes, filling the void beneath the slab. This 2-part foam expands upon contact with the ground to raise the concrete back to a level position. It cures in about 15 minutes and is ready to use!
