Our customer called DBS looking to repair the concrete sidewalk in front of their home in Mountain Iron, MN. The sidewalk had sunk approximately 20-25 feet, the sidewalk sinking was causing water to collect in near their porch. A sinking sidewalk can occur for quite a few reasons, but the repair is crucial, especially because the sidewalk sinking was causing more problems beyond that. A sinking sidewalk within 20-25 feet is a big drop that needs to be addressed for safety and to prevent other problems building off this one, but the water damage coming onto the porch and running down can create more problems with water damage, rotting, water pooling, and more. It was important for these customers to reach out to DBS for this repair.
Solution
DBS went to see the concrete problem at the home, Rich Johnsen worked with our customers and came to the conclusion that a lift & level for the uneven exterior concrete was needed to fix the problem, by using our product PolyLevel we can even out the sidewalk.
