Challenge
This customer was talking with a friend about the problems he was seeing in his garage floor and garage apron. His friend had recently had some work done by DBS and was thrilled with the results so he passed on our information to our new customer!
When the customer called our office he spoke with Kelsey Anderson, our Office Manager. She set him up with an appointment to have our Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, come out to his home. Upon his inspection, Rich, found several problem areas on the garage floor. What had begun as some small cracks, now were large uneven cracks stretching the length of the garage floor. Additional problem areas needing to be address was the sinking apron slab. Over time the apron sunk many inches below the garage floor causing cracking and an unwanted bump to get into the garage.

Solution
Rich our Design Specialist, concluded that the best quality option to fix these problems would be to install our PolyLevel product. The installation crew started by drilling small holes into the existing concrete. This is where PolyLevel is installed to lift and level the slab. The slab is ready to hold weight hours after installation. This is a much more desired solution compared to traditional mud jacking techniques people are currently using.
The customer was ecstatic about the results we achieved. He was very happy with the results and even more pleased that he didn’t have to spend a lot of money totally replacing all his concrete. He can’t wait to pass on our information to his friends!
