FOUNDATION AND CONCRETE REPAIR IN MINONG, WI
A Minong, WI homeowner contacted DBS after their garage slab began settling and a separate slab behind the garage had sunk, leaving a void. We combined Slab Piers for structural support with PolyLevel® concrete lifting — addressing both the foundation and the surface in a single project.
The Challenge: A Settling Garage Slab and a Sunken Slab Behind It
A homeowner in Minong, WI was experiencing issues with their concrete garage slab, as well as issues with a separate slab behind their garage. The main garage slab was beginning to settle, and the homeowner wanted to add support for it. The separate slab behind the garage had sunk and needed to be lifted and leveled out properly to fill a void that was created.
Our Inspection and Recommended Solution
In need of some solutions, they reached out to DBS and had a Design Specialist come take a look. After a thorough inspection and free, no-obligation estimate, it was determined that the garage slab would need to have several Slab Piers installed to add support for the structure. The separate concrete outside of the garage would need to be lifted using PolyLevel®.
