A DBS Design Specialist visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the failing foundation. It was determined that significant foundation support was needed, and Antonio O'Neil and his crew installed 24 PowerBraces™ along the perimeter of the basement. The PowerBrace™ I-beams are connected to top lever brackets, as well as footings on the floor. These supports are tightened over time in an attempt to restore the walls to their original position.

Homeowners of an 1890's home in Saint Paul, MN contacted DBS in need of a permanent solution for their garage foundation. As seen in the before photo, the foundation on the south wall had shifted away from the rest of the structure

Foreman Zach Royer and his crew installed five GeoLock™ Wall Plates and Earth Anchors to the failing foundation wall. This system uses the heavy-duty anchors in and connects them to plates on the wall interior wall. Connected with long, galvanized rods, these anchors are tightened to straighten the wall over time and provide maximum support. 

The customer was happy with the work done and now had a permanent solution they can count on for years to come.

Henrik recommended using CleanSpace® waterproofing wall covering to eliminate moisture in the basement. The bowing walls were stabilized using PowerBrace® Support beams. Over time the support beams are tightened in an attempt to bring the walls back to level. Foreman Zach Jorenby and his production crew successfully installed the products.
