Cole determined that the home would have several PowerBrace™ beams installed to support foundation structure and prevent further movement. Our foreman Zach Jorenby and crew installed 8 PowerBrace™ beams in total.

Homeowners in Moose Lake, MN were experiencing water issues due to cracking and shifting in their home's basement. They saw our ad on local television and contacted us looking for a permanent solution. 

Rich Johnsen, a Design Specialist at DBS, visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for our Waterproofing and Wall Support services. It was determined that a GeoLock® Wall Anchor System, as well as a CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System, would be installed to support the sliding foundation blocks. 

This install was completed by DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his crew. The team even excavated a small part of an outer wall in order to complete the GeoLock® install, using Sentry Seal Membrane for extra waterproofing.
