Free Inspection

DBS came out to my parents’ house after I inherited it. The house needed new drain tile and wall stabilization. Their sales representative, Myke, was amazing. He came out after I had already had two other companies inspect the house. He was very professional and took the time to inspect things that none of the other companies had. He took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and created a plan with me to fix it. The whole process was extremely helpful. He didn’t just tell me what needed to be done, but explained why and gave me options for everything. I called back a year later, and Myke came out again. He was very responsive and met with me to refresh me on the process and go over everything again. The crew that came out was professional and very good with communication. The work was completed on time and looks great. I chose this company because of the customer service. Even though they were more expensive, it was worth every cent. I would highly recommend DBS to anyone needing this type of work.

The crew that did our concrete leveling arrived on time and got right to work. Both Pierce and Ruben worked steadily on the job for three hours straight. When I periodically reviewed their progress, they were very cordial and patient with me explaining how the work was going and the cautions they were taking to not cause any cracks to our pool coping. They showed a high level of skill, and I am very pleased with their work. I recommend this company highly.

He spent the entire day working on the concrete until it was perfect, and he thoroughly cleaned all debris from the pool area before leaving. Every part of our project was handled exceptionally. Our estimate from Travis was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us with reasonable options for our project. We were given a reminder and courtesy call when someone was on their way to our home. All our appointments were on time. The project foreman, Shane was at our home working throughout the project. His knowledge and expertise was critical in accurately in lifting our concrete apron and crack repair in the garage floor. Shane and Cameron worked very well together. We are very happy that we chose DBS to complete our project and have already recommended DBS to others.

Got an estimate to fix my sinking well room/front step. Myke gave me a complete estimate to fix the problem, not just make it look nice. He was very attentive and answered all my questions completely. Unfortunately for DBS I decided to fill the cracks myself.
