Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, Henrik recommended the homeowners have DBS install helical piers and SmartJack® supports to stabilize their crawl space foundation.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 2 helical piers by driving them underneath the foundation of the home until the piers hit a soil level strong enough to support the weight of the home. Under the crawl space, the crew installed SmartJack® supports and a main beam to properly support the flooring in the living spaces.

The homeowners were able to finally sell their home and the new homeowner of this property has reached out to DBS for an estimate on our crawl space encapsulation service!
