Solution
One of our crews led by Foreman, Miguel Salas Rea, first installed our drainage matting, then a layer of TerraBlock™ foam insulation panels, and a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier. They air-sealed the space by spraying polyurethane spray foam along the walls of the crawl space. Now that the crawl space has been thoroughly waterproofed and insulated, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind from foundation issues.
