The settling had caused cracks extending back to the pillar support. The primary goal was to permanently stabilize and lift the settled slab foundation, addressing the settling issue and potential water leakage.

Our experienced foreman, Jordan Salmi, and his crew started on the project right away. They started by lift the slab and using our PolyLevel® foam to fill voids during and after the lift. Given the encapsulation plans, the team ensured PolyLevel application before encapsulation to avoid drilling through the CleanSpace® liner.

Additionally, the crew reinforced the slab with a thickened edge and rebar to provide lasting stability. The 3-part encapsulation process was implemented to address water leakage onto the concrete floor, particularly around the 30 concrete block supports. The NexusPro™ crack repair and joint sealant were applied to remedy existing cracks and prevent future issues.
