Design Specialist Henry Jungbaur went to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate. Foreman Nicholas Woods II led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together the crew sprayed closed-cell polyurethane spray foam on the interior walls of the crawl space to air seal and insulate. Next, they created a better drainage field in the crawl space by leveling out the dirt in some areas and installed a SmartDrain® for water removal. Finally, they installed a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier to complete the system.

Now that the crawl space has been encapsulated, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind knowing that their crawl space will stay warmer and drier.
