Before, this New Brighton home's crawl space was plagued by water intrusion, causing disruption and damage to the home’s foundation. After learning about DBS on local T.V., this Gordon, WI homeowner reached out regarding the dirt crawl space underneath their cabin style home. They were hoping for a more energy efficienct system that would also control moisture in the crawl space.

The waterproofing solution that has been installed will help eliminate the buildup of water in the crawl space, preventing further mold growth, and the SmartJack® System ensures that the home is permanently stabilized and free from any further sinking or settling.

The owners are now able to relax comfortably and safely in their homes now that they know the air they are breathing is free of mold, and their foundation has been permanently stabilized.
