This homeowner in Amery, WI wanted to keep up the appearance of their home, as well as fix the tripping hazards around the outside of the house.
A DBS Design Specialist assisted this homeowner with a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, a quote was provided for our Concrete Lifting and Leveling Services.
Foreman Evan LaFontaine led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team began by lifting the concrete with our PolyLevel® Foam. This foam is injected under the slab where it expands and hardens. Then, our NexusPro® Sealant is applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete.
This homeowner can now relax knowing the appearance and safety of their home are intact.
Before tackling this Grand Rapids, MN transformation, our team faced a sidewalk leading to more than connections between points A and B–uninvited water pooled at the stairs, creating trip hazards and freezing pitfalls come spring. Enter DBS and our handy duo: PolyLevel® and NexusPro®. Notice in the after photo how the leveled concrete and sealed cracks now divert water away, safeguarding the basement from leaks. Truly, we made strides in turning a slippery situation into a safe passage for years to come.
In the before photo, the uneven concrete slabs around St. Mary's Church in Durand, WI, were in need of urgent attention. These common issues pose safety risks due to tripping hazards and can diminish the property's curb appeal. To rectify this, our team employed the PolyLevel® system to effectively lift and stabilize the surfaces. This high-strength polyurethane foam, once injected, securely filled voids, restoring level ground. As shown in the after photo, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied to protect against future damage, offering enhanced durability and maintaining property value and integrity.
