Our Concrete Repair Design Specialist Steve LaFontaine visited the home measured the concrete sidewalk settlement. To lift and level the concrete, PolyLevel® was recommended.

This homeowner contacted DBS after noticing settling and cracking in the rear of their garage and basement beneath it. With the garage floor made of concrete spanning over the basement, and the property located on the Mississippi River with limited access due to a retaining wall drop-off, the challenge lies in stabilizing and lifting the rear wall of the garage. Our Design Specialist, Mike Horvath, went out to the property and recommended our concrete repair services.
Our crew went out to the property and installed our PolyLevel® filling underneath the front apron to help lift the concrete, and then went in with our NexusPro® sealant to seal up the crack resulting in a stable rear wall and a level, sealed garage apron.
A homeowner in Ashland, WI was having issues with his garage apron settling and had sunk down a couple of inches. As a temporary fix, he used 2x6 wooden boards to level the gap. Knowing this was not a permanent fix, he contacted DBS to provide a permanent solution.
