This 1960's Duluth, MN home had issues with water leaking in the basement. After living in the home for about two years, and noticing consistent issues with water, they decided to contact DBS for a permanent solution.
DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the waterproofing project. He determined that drain tile would be installed around the perimeter of the basement, leading water to a new sump pump.
DBS Foreman Taylor Allen and his production crew worked on this interior waterproofing job. The crew began by breaking out concrete to create a trench around the home's footing. Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively captures wall and floor seepage, directing it to a new SingleSafe™ sump pump. The crew finished the job by burying the discharge line in the lawn away from the home.
