A homeowner in Hermantown, MN was looking to finish their basement after having a proper waterproofing system installed. After WaterGuard® and a TripleSafe™ sump pump were installed, DBS had EverLast™ Finished Wall Restoration installed to replace the existing drywall. Drywall is easily damaged by water, which can later lead to mold formation. EverLast™ is a waterproof wall option that also adds insulation, and the washable surface looks great for many years. This is a product used in many of our total Basement Finishing™ systems and is a great choice to add to any waterproofing system.
Faced with a desire to improve the appearance of their basement and enhance their home's value, a Duluth homeowner turned to our expertise. The existing basement walls, as shown in the "before" photo, were functional but lacked the aesthetic appeal the homeowner envisioned. Our Basement to Beautiful™ Panels provided the perfect solution. With a sleek, modern finish, these panels not only elevated the basement's look but also reinforced the foundation, creating a space that was both stylish and durable. The transformation, showcased in the "after" photo, turned the homeowner's vision into a reality, demonstrating our commitment to lasting, high-quality solutions.

We got tired of having our main office in the kitchen at our Duluth MN location. We decided to get rid of the kitchen cabinets and make it look like an actual office, complete with our basement finishing products. We installed our flooring, ceiling, and walls. The wall sconce is not one of our products, but we sure can get one for you!
Our back hallway floor here at our office was in horrible condition. We decided to dig it up and put in new flooring. Little did we know when we pulled up the old flooring, the floor was rotting through to the basement. How much longer would the floor last if we hadnt pulled it all up and replaced it? The guys pulled the old tile and crumbling floor all out and replace it with new plywood and flooring. Now you can walk on the floor with confidence that it isn't going to break through!
