After inspecting the current insulation and utilizing heat mapping technology it was evident there were many air leaks and weak points in the existing insulation. The solution was a hybrid attic system that utilized closed cell spray foam to seal off air leaks and applying 18 inches of blown cellulose insulation on the attic floor.
