Then they installed 11 PowerBrace I-beams, connecting them to the basement's concrete floor and ceiling joists. These beams will be tightened over time by our service department with the goal of restoring the wall to its original position.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team used hydraulic pressure to drive the screw-like pier into the ground. Once the pier reached native, solid soil the hydraulic pressure moves upwards and lifts the structure. This creates an even, stable support for the boathouse.
