This nightmare crawl space had constant standing water and was making the whole house smell. After contacting DBS Residential Solutions, our team got out to the home and installed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The new insulated and encapsulated crawl space means no more musty smells and provides the homeowners with year round energy savings!

This foundation was being pushed by the soil on the outside of the home. This caused cracks in the foundation which allowed water to regularly enter the home. We helped to permanently stabilize the foundation and waterproof the basement with Power Braces and our CleanSpace liner on the wall that directs water down to the drain tile. 

This home was being supported by old, rotting log supports. There were places where the support beams had fallen! Our System Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen, made a visit out to this home and gave a free, no-obligation estimate for the work needed to stabilize this crawlspace.
