DBS received a call that a home in Pengilly was having trouble with their wall stabilization, so DBS sent our Design Specialist, Jace Alli, to the home to make sure the home was stable. Jace recommended that we install PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System to support the home and make sure it’s a safe environment for the family.

The owners of this home in Pengilly, MN were experiencing issues with cracking in their basement foundation walls. After being referred to DBS by an employee, the owners called to set up an estimate.

A DBS Design Specialist went out to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist informed the owners of DBS's PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System. The PowerBrace™ System would permanently stabilize the wall and could potentially straighten the wall over time as there are brackets at the top of each PowerBrace™ I-beam that can be tightened during dry periods.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project. With assistance from a crew, they installed 7 PowerBrace™ I-beams to permanently stabilize the foundation wall. Each PowerBrace™ I-beam is backed with a 75-year warranty against movement.
