Design Specialist Zach Guilliams assisted this homeowner in a free, no-obligation estimate. After a careful inspection, Zach provided a quote for our SmartJack® Support System. 

Foreman Osia Williams led a team in the installation of this project. Together, the team installed these jack systems to evenly distribute the weight of the structure. Once the structure is stabilized, the jacks are lifted in order to raise the cabin and create a level floor once again. This minimizes sagging and will be the last solution for this owner. 

With this new solution, this homeowner can continue with other renovations and create the perfect cabin for their family. 

A home in Gilbert, MN was lacking foundation support, and the homeowner reached out to DBS for some assistance. After a visit from a Design Specialist, it was determined that the home foundation would need to have helical piers installed to properly stabilize the structure. These piers are constructed with galvanized steel and are capable of supporting massive loads, making them an ideal product for installation.
