The homeowner observed significant cracking in the floors and walls at the front of the house, caused by foundation settlement. This often indicates that the house is shifting out of its original alignment, making doors and windows difficult to open. During the inspection, the team noticed a visible gap before the lifting process began. By installing push piers, we were able to lift the home back to its proper level, ensuring it aligns with the rest of the house. The foundation is now permanently stabilized.

A homeowner in Superior, WI was concerned about their failing basement wall. This was a unique foundation, as it was poured in sections and had drywall installed. In order to fix the failing wall, the drywall would need to be stripped from the existing foundation. Then, it was determined that the wall would need to have the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System installed for added support. These anchors are ideal in that they are embedded within undisturbed soil on the exterior portion of the foundation, then attached to a separate anchor on the inside of the wall, creating a stable pulling force. The results turned out great, and the homeowner can now be more comfortable with a stronger wall support system.
