This 2-part poly material expands upon application to raise sinking concrete slabs. It hardens as it cures and the finished concrete can be walked on within 15 minutes of application. Cracks are then filled with NexusPro, a material that seals cracks with a waterproof membrane.

They drilled small holes and injected PolyLevel® to fill the voids beneath the slab. PolyLevel® expands upon contact with the soil and is able to raise the slab back to its original position. From there, our team carefully filled the cracks with NexusPro®, a silicone-based joint sealant.

This family is now able to comfortably pull vehicles in and out of the garage with ease!
