After living for many years in this 1950's Duluth, MN home, the owners needed a solution to their home's sidewalk. It had sunk and cracked to the point that water was pooling and freezing, causing very dangerous conditions for the owners, guests, and the mail carrier. They knew they needed to repair their concrete slab and reached out to DBS after a recommendation from another contractor.
DBS Design Specialist Ericka Boyum visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate. To lift and level the concrete, PolyLevel® was recommended. DBS Foreman Dustin Behning and his production crew successfully installed and leveled the slab and sidewalk using PolyLevel® and sealed the cracks using NexusPro™.

Homeowners in Barnum, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing the foundation of their home. The basement walls were cracked and beginning to bow, which was also causing issues to their poured foundation slab.
DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Nathan recommended installing PowerBrace™ support beams to stabilize the walls. The home was stabilized by Foreman Jason Foster and his production crew.
From there, our concrete repair team lifted and leveled the garage space with our PolyLevel® foam. When injected, this foam expands to lift and level concrete slabs. It takes about 15 minutes to cure and then it's ready to use.
