Concrete Lifting and Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Two Harbors, MN reached out to DBS regarding the front sidewalk of their home. Several of the concrete slabs had started to sink or had already sunk a considerable amount. Shown in the photo is the concrete slab just before the front steps, which was down about two inches from where it should have been. Our crew visited the home and installed PolyLevel® to lift and level the slab. As you can see by looking at the front step, DBS was able to raise the slab back to its desired position.

Then, our PolyLevel® foam is injected underneath the slabs. This foam expands and hardens in order to lift and level the concrete. Our NexusPro® sealant is used on the cracks and joints of the concrete to project the project and minimize the chances of tripping. Finally, the DecoSheild™ Concrete Sealer enhances and protects the concrete slabs.
