One of our Design Specialists, Rich Johnsen, went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. After a thorough inspection, Rich provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Basement Waterproofing System. One of our crews led by a Foreman installed our WaterGuard® system and a new sump pump in the basement. They also installed CleanSpace® water vapor barrier in the basement to thoroughly waterproof the space.

Foreman Zach Royer led the installation of this project with help from a crew. They began by creating trenches around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard® drain lines are placed within and lead to a sump pump. These drains are able to collect water intrusion from the floor and walls of the home. It then travels to the sump pump where it is removed from the home.

The owner can now relax knowing the home is dry and healthy!

After contacting our Appointment Center here at DBS, a free, no-obligation inspection was set up with Design Specialist James. Production team, led by Nik, began the installation of our DoubleSafe© Sump Pump, depicted in the 'after' photo. We not only tackled the moisture issue head-on but also paved the way for a safe and dry space. 

DBS Service Manager, Jacob, went out to perform an annual maintenance appointment for a customer that we previously installed a WaterGuard® system for.

The WaterGuard® system was first flushed out to make sure there wasn't any debris caught up in it. Then the customer's existing sump pump was taken out of the basin and cleaned, and the sump basin was cleaned as well.
