Everyone that I dealt with at all stages of the process was very professional. My home is in an outstate area where it is often difficult to find contractors who can do the work quickly and reliably. DBS Residential came out and reviewed the problem within a day and gave me a written bid that same day. Their crew showed up promptly on the scheduled date and completed the work within about four hours. They answered all my questions along the way. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend DBS Residential Solutions to anyone who needs concrete leveling work done.

Highly recommend you at least let them do an inspection and quote. You will learn a lot and are given many options and reasons why certain things need or don't need to be done. They did a great job in my nasty crawl space to make it a clean and dry space protecting the rest of the building and foundation.

Michael and Neal worked very hard and it shows in their work. They cleaned up the property and everything was neat.  I am very pleased.

We had our foundation work completed today by Michael and Neil. Neil was here for part of the time and worked very hard. Michael was here for the entire project and worked diligently and precisely to complete the project along with our neighbors foundation. The weather was fiercely hot and humid. And yet, Michael reported for work each day, sometimes alone, and worked long hours in the worst of conditions and never complained. He should be noticed for his dedication to your organization. It is apparent that he has master skills and a wonderful personality to deal with your customers.   Your company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
