Things were a bit vague in the preparation for the wall bracing though- more information on what they actually do with the need for access to the ceiling joists would have been appreciated. Highly recommend you at least let them do an inspection and quote. You will learn a lot and are given many options and reasons why certain things need or don't need to be done. They did a great job in my nasty crawl space to make it a clean and dry space protecting the rest of the building and foundation.
