Keeping your crawl space dry can also significantly reduce long-term damage to the wooden building material supporting the structure. From there, they applied closed-cell spray foam insulation to the rim joists where the crawl space was releasing cold air into the main level of the home.

The crew also sprayed polyurethane insulation along the vertical walls in the crawl space to air-seal the space.
