Design Specialist James Miller assisted these homeowners in a free, no-obligation estimate in order to find the best solution for the home. After a careful inspection, it was decided that our CarbonArmor® Defense Straps would be the perfect solution for this home's needs.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project, along with a team. Together, the team used the CarbonArmor® defense material to stabilize the wall and prevent any further movement. These straps are made out of materials that are 10-times stronger than steel. These materials are woven together into a fabric-like material and applied to walls to hold them in place.

Foreman Jordan Salmi led the installation of this project with a crew. These steel i-beam braces stop any further inward movement and can be adjusted to move the wall back to its original position. This is a very effective solution that will prevent wall failure issues. The beams are secure to the ceiling and floor joists to ensure a stable solution.

This homeowner contacted DBS after noticing issues with their trailer's foundation and desired to level it without removing the current support. Despite a tight entry, the team installed three smart jacks near the exterior door and the start of their bedroom. The jacks were spaced out towards the shed, and frost protection was added to the clips poured a week earlier. The team used 6”x6” base plates and performed three lift procedures, achieving the desired elevation. Additionally, they shimmed up existing supports and sprayed 36 linear feet of spray foam to address any gaps created during the lift. The customer was happy with the work and felt more comfortable with her stable home!

After completing the lift procedures and shimming existing supports, the homeowner was satisfied with the outcome!
