This anchor is attached to a steel plate that is installed on the bowing wall. Once connected, the system can be adjusted to pull the cracked wall back into the original position and prevent movement.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with help from a team. These piers are driven into the ground using hydraulic pressure. Once the pier reaches solid, stable soil, the pressure pushes against the ground and causes the piers to raise the structure.

These are galvanized steel anchors that are embedded in to undisturbed soil on the exterior side of the wall, and are attached to an anchor on the interior side through a metal rod.
