Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from his team. Together, the team installed the SmartJack® supports. This system is able to evenly distribute the weight of the structure to provide support and can be adjusted in order to lift and level the floor above.

DBS Production Manager Kevin Steffey was the leading foreman on the job. He and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement, as well as CleanSpace® Wall Poly on the walls. The system directs all moisture to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump. The crew connected this system to a new discharge line with IceGuard® to prevent freezing water in the winter months. 

The crew also installed 5 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams to stop the movement of the bowing basement wall and restore their original position. These homeowners were happy with the work done and now have a safe and dry basement to enjoy!
