A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. They began by excavating the area around the foundation of the home. Next, they use hydraulic pressure to move the pier down through the ground until it reached native, stable soil. Once reached, the pressure pushes against the soil and lifts the structure back to its original position.

This anchor is attached to a steel plate that is installed inside of the home. Once connected, the system can be adjusted to pull the cracked wall back into its original position. This system will also continue to hold the wall in place.
