Foreman Osia Williams led this team in the installation process. After excavating around the outside of the caving wall, the team installed 2 PowerBrace™ steel I-beams by securing steel brackets to the rim joists on the flooring. These PowerBrace™ beams have a 75-year warranty against movement and can be tightened over time to restore your wall back to its original position. To accompany this installation, the team also installed a WaterGuard® drain system to collect water through wall and floor seepage and avoid future leakage into the basement.

This home is now stable and dry, allowing the owner to live comfortably without the worry of leaks or cracks intruding in their home.
