Part of this St. Cloud Minnesota home was being held by supports that were shifting and weakening over time. To provide a permanent solution to this issue we used helical piers to create a solid foundation support for the building. This section of the building was small enough to use one helical pier on each side of the building. These piers now support a large wooden beam that will support the house evenly and protect it from the effects of shifting soil due to freezing ground in St. Cloud.
A homeowner near Saint Cloud, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with the sinking foundation of their home. One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Push Pier System. One of our crews installed the Push Piers to provide permanent stability to the home.
In the heart of Cotton, MN, on Memorial Day, a home's foundation was on the brink of failure, threatening the entire structure with collapse. As you can see in the 'before' photo, disaster seemed imminent. Coming to the rescue, our dedicated team at DBS employed our best-in-class Helical Pier system to secure and stabilize the foundation. Notice in the 'after' photo, the remarkable transformation. Our commitment to providing a reliable solution saved the day, ensuring the homeowner's peace of mind for years to come.
A homeowner needed better wall stabilzation for the foundation of their home. DBS went in and installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to help support the wall and hopefully straighten it back out. The photos show the yard and foundation wall before and after the anchors were embedded within the soil.
These homeowners reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their bowing foundation walls.
Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Increased soil pressure over time has caused these walls to bow. GeoLock® wall anchors are embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and are then connected to steel anchors with long galvanized rods. These are tightened to stabilize shifting walls and can be adjusted over time in an attempt to bring the walls back to level. Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew worked hard to install the GeoLock® system.
This home is now healthy, safe, and stable all year round!
