He explained to the owner that the best solution would be to install helical piers to permanently stabilize the foundation. Royce came with a written proposal that day and after it was signed, a date was set to have the production crew perform the installation. Foreman, Kevin Steffey and his crew came out to the building and installed the helical piers. Once the installation was complete, the owner was able to safely spend time in his boathouse.
