Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

These Duluth homeowners reached out to DBS after hearing our radio ads. They had been having issues with water pooling in their basement and trouble with their unfinished crawlspace. A DBS Design Specialist provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Foreman Kevin Steffey and his production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump to keep water out of the basement for good. Spray Foam was applied to the crawlspace to insulate and protect it.

This home now has a clean, safe and dry basement to enjoy. 

For this project, a homeowner in Duluth, MN was experiencing poor insulation with their crawl space. Cold, drafty air was making its way through to parts of the house, which is uncomfortable and energy-consuming. Fortunately, the owner was able to contact DBS to help solve the issue. It was concluded that the crawl space would need to have TerraBlock™ as well as spray foam installed in order to properly insulate the area. A Design Specialist trained in energy-saving solutions, visited the space to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. It was recommended that a CleanSpace® vapor barrier be laid over drainage matting. These two products work together to direct water toward the 5 SmartDrain® outlets installed in the crawl space.

TerraBlock™ insulation and closed-cell spray foam was applied to fully seal and regulate temperature in the space.
