A homeowner in Mountain Iron, MN was experiencing issues with their concrete slab on the front sidewalk of their home. It had sunk a substantial amount, and DBS had a Design Specialist go out to the property and provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the concrete repair. It was determined that the crew would use PolyLevel® to lift the concrete back to position. As you can see, the results turned out great!
This auto shop had a concrete floor that had sunken over time and was causing issues with water draining into the area equipment becoming unlevel. From the photos shown you can see the white line across the ground layer of concrete blocks where the floor had separated from the wall. In order to be level with the original position this floor needed to be raised back to level with the bottom row of blocks. After injecting our PolyLevel system under the concrete slab we were able to bring the slab back to it original position and level with the bottom row of bricks. With this floor now level the mechanics no longer have to worry about large amounts of water or fluids collecting here and they can set their tools and parts on the floor without worrying about them rolling off.

This concrete slab had sunken roughly 3/4". To quickly and efficiently get this slab back to level and fill the voids beneath the slab the owner of the home opted to use PolyLevel. By using our patented PolyLevel system we drilled a few small holes and injected our polyurethane foam underneath the slab where it expands into any voids and lifts the slab to where it needs to be.
