Dear Jeff, many thanks and much appreciation for your time and effort to complete this job, and answer any of our questions. All of the staff involved in this project have been professional and courteous. I am especially grateful for the graciousness in which DBS worked with us concerning the issue resulted from the confusion about the final discharge strategy. Please know that we have had some significant rainstorms (one that closed the highway!), and in each of these situations we, previously, would have had water seeping or even flooding into the basement- none of this occurred since your work in our basement, thank you so much!

DBS was very thorough in explaining everything they had done. They did fast, clean work. Cleaned up behind themselves, very pleasant young men who came, did their job, explained everything, and left. 

Your guys did real well and everything looks good.   I checked the temp down there when it was 4 degrees outside it was 60 degrees in the crawl space and the furnace room. And the temp upstairs. Was 70.  So it’s all working out real well.   Right now I don’t have the money for the rest of it.  But I will let you know if I ever want the rest of it done.    Thank you very much for everything and the timely manor in which it was done .  If anyone asks me I will give them, you and your company my highest rating.  A plus

I am extremely happy with DBS Residential Solutions. They encapsulated my basement by foaming the rim joist, laying down a 20 mil plastic blanket on the portion of my basement which is a crawl space and installing a commercial grade dehumidifier and drainage system. This solution remedied the dampness and musty odor which existed in my entire house. I told them I wanted to breathe the best air in the world and now I do. DBS did the job in one day and the job was scheduled and completed in less than three weeks. Their crew worked hard, fast and explained everything in great detail.

I wanted to thank your crew who did my job!  They were really courteous and extremely easy to work with. The job they did was fantastic.  I and my wife Kris are looking forward to having a dry/damp free lower level to enjoy without having to worry anymore about heavy rains etc.  I have almost gotten everything put back together since the work was done.  At age 65 it just doesn't seem to get done as fast though. Kornell the installer was excellent and helped ease my concerns as he ran into an unexpected issue. He walked me through options, explained why the option he suggested was best, and built confidence in me. He and his team did a great job with clean work, removed all debris and it looked great. Hang on to that team! Thank you! Justin sales rep did a great job helping me understand the process and why this method of ensuring water won’t seep up through concrete was the best way to resolve my issue. Thank you!

They were very conscientious, thoughtful, took time, checked and rechecked their work. Excellent! And they were personable, explained what they were doing, dropped in about halfway through to update me. I loved the communication. I never felt like someone was taking advantage of me and that they respected their customer and took pride in their work. High quality. High integrity.

They guys do a fabulous job, and they stay on it until the job is done. If that means they need to get here at 5:00 am in the morning or stay till 10:00 pm at night, that is what they will do to get it done.  Nate and his partner, who came here the first time, were absolutely fabulous. They did a fantastic job. They were very kind and considerate and explained everything that they were doing. The second crew that came did well too, but they had a lot of work ahead of them. They were a great bunch of guys to work with and were very thorough. If I had any questions at all, they answered them to where I could understand and didn't make me feel dumb for asking.

They were on time and did the job like they quoted it. Everything was cleaned up afterward. They did exactly what we asked for.
