The owner of this home in Birchwood, WI reached out to DBS for help with their unlevel sidewalk.

A DBS Design Specialist went out to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist recommended our concrete lifting and leveling service. 

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® beneath the sidewalk in order to lift and level the sidewalk back to its original position. PolyLevel® lasts longer than traditional mud jacking because it is waterproof so it won't wash away as it rains. The crew also sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro®.

Now that the sidewalk has been repaired, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

This customer reached out to DBS after expressing concerns about water entering their house in the basement. They want to ensure effective waterproofing to prevent any water issues in the future. The customer has ambitious plans to finish their basement and intends to rent it out in the near future. Upon inspection, our Design Specialist noticed the water in the basement and recommended our waterproofing systems and Total Basement Finishing services to protect the basement and bring it back to life.

When our production crew went out of the property, they installed our sump pump, lined the walls with our CleanSpace® Wall system to protect the walls from future water, and then installed our Total Basement Finishing flooring to help bring the space back to life.

DBS Foreman Joe Harris installed 6 PowerBrace™ I-beams. Our team anchored the beams to the basement concrete, as well as to the rim joists in the ceiling. These beams will be tightened overtime to restore the wall's original position.
