Our team tackled a challenging project at the old school center, where the floor was experiencing frost heaving and settling issues during the summer. The hardwood floor failed to realign, leaving it uneven and in need of a solution. With only 4" - 1 foot of crawlspace room to work with, the customer opted to remove the center of the floor for the installation of a Smart Jack system with CIPs and frost protection.

The joists, which were originally resting on rocks, required a strategic approach. We successfully installed beams and performed necessary sistering to provide the needed support.
