The customer, having recently purchased a new house, expressed a strong desire to enhance the overall comfort of her living space. Now that she has completed her studies, she is prepared to be a full-time resident and is determined to address any potential issues in her home. Although initially unaware of existing problems in the basement, the customer recognized the importance of proactive measures, especially considering the prior replacement of two foundation walls.
To meet the customer's expectations, our team successfully installed four PowerBraces on the northern wall of the basement. The installation process went smoothly, and the customer was pleased with the outcome. Looking ahead, she has expressed interest in exploring potential SmartJack work at a later date.
