Recently, a homeowner in Inver Grove Heights, MN reached out to us with concerns about their concrete driveway and walkway. With plans to sell their home soon, they recognized that the sunken and cracked concrete could detract from curb appeal and potentially lower the home’s value. PolyLevel®, an advanced polyurethane foam, was recommended to lift and stabilize the sunken concrete slabs, ensuring a level surface. NexusPro® was chosen to seal the cracks and joints, preventing further damage and providing a neat, finished appearance.
Once the homeowner approved the plan, our highly skilled production team took over. They precisely injected PolyLevel® beneath the slabs, watching as each section was lifted back to its proper level. After the leveling process was complete, they applied NexusPro to all the cracks and joints, effectively binding the slabs and safeguarding the concrete against future issues.
The job was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to the homeowner’s daily routine, and the workspace was left clean and tidy. The results were outstanding—the driveway and walkways looked as good as new, smooth and even, with no visible cracks.
