During the sales process, the customer expressed concern about potential damage to his existing rock retaining wall, particularly on the North side where equipment needed entry. Despite these challenges, our crew managed to carefully navigate the mini excavator to the bottom of the retaining wall.

The main focus was on addressing non-functional windows due to foundation settlement and achieving lift and level procedures. Unfortunately, due to the window issues, achieving a completely level floor proved challenging. However, in collaboration with the customer, a satisfactory compromise was reached – the windows were made functional, and the back corner of the floor was deliberately set 1/4” lower than the rest.
