The task involved tackling elevated walls within the crawl space, necessitating a return trip for additional foam to ensure a thorough and effective insulation process. Despite the challenges posed by the height of the walls, our team efficiently completed the job, meeting and even exceeding the customer's expectations for a permanent resolution. A homeowner in Cotton, MN was experiencing wet spots on the floor of their lake home's basement. The area had an older sump pump already in place, but there were still issues with water arising. In need of a solution to the problem, they reached out to DBS and had Design Specialist Rich Johnsen visit the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the basement. This is then led to the TripleSafe™ sump pump, which holds 3 separates water pumps for maximum efficiency. The TripleSafe™ discharges the water through an exterior line to a specific location outdoors. This system is ideal for preventing future water issues from occurring in any basement.
