Too Litttle Insulation
This homeowner had too little insulation in her attic. If you don't have enough attic insulation it's like putting warm air in a box with a refrigerated roof and expecting the room to stay warm. That's not going to happen. Which can cause Ice damnation, mold and other deterioration problems that can cost money.
Sprayfoam in Rim Joists
We came in and sprayfoamed a empty Rim Joist in South Range, WI. This was helping the customer have lower energy bills and save a bunch of money! This is now one COZY house. :)
