Seal Ventilation System
The ventilation system needed to be properly sealed air-tight.
Sagging Fiberglass
The fiberglass attached to the ceiling of the crawlspace was sagging and needed to be replaced.

All of the fiberglass should be removed from the crawlspace and replaced with three inches of spray foam.
