Before the Work
We leveled the perimeter of the room to see where the foundation was settling.
Removed the Floor
The home owners removed the flooring so we could come in and do the work.
Digging out for the Helical Piers
We had to dig out the holes before going ahead and installing the helical piers.
Unstable Walll
The logs on the wall seem to be shifting due to the settling foundation.
After the Piering
We sealed off the space with our CleanSpace barrier and spray foam insulation to keep the home warm and protected.

There is a crack on the right wall due to the shifting foundation.
Healical Pier Installed
We installed a total of 3 helical piers along the failing wall for ultimate support.
