Shifting Wall and Cracking Floor
Because the entire wall is settling, it is causing cracks in the foundation and along the floor, which could lead to more issues if not addressed promptly.

The crack along the garage floor connected to the wall, creating a gap on one side.

Since the soil moves over time, the crack can get bigger, causing large gaps. This makes the garage concrete slabs uneven and a tripping hazard.

The wall on the other side was cracking due to the shifting from the problem wall.

As you can seem, the uneven was was shifting, causing cracks in the foundation.
Settling Wall
The wall was the main problem with the garage, as it had been sinking over time, causing the cracks inside the garage.
Helical Pier Will Be Installed
This is the area where the pier will be installed to lift and stabile the settling wall.

There is about a two-inch difference between the two slabs.

This is the wall that is settling and causing shifts within the garage structure.

The concrete that Justin is pointing to in the picture is the section of the slab that we will focus on lifting to match the other parts of the slab.
Opening for Helical Pier
We had to open a section of the garage to access beneath it for the helical pier installation.
Helical Pier
We installed the helical pier underneath the garage to bring stability to the side that was settling.
Checking the Levels
While we raised the garage, we had a laser level to help make sure the whole perimeter of the garage was lifted evenly.
Final Placement
The helical pier was finally installed and we were able to lift and level the garage smoothly.

Even though the cracks were going multiple ways, we were able to repair all of them!
