Whole Crawlspace Transformation
We installed SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the foundation, laid down CleanSpace for a dry environment, and added spray foam insulation to keep the space dry while also warming the floors in the house.

Home Settling
As you can see from the outside of the home, the home foundation was giving out. There were multiple cracks along the wall, as well as bowing from the foundation settling.

The corner of this house was cracking due to shifting in the structure. This can lead to a very dangerous situation if the home is not repaired.

This house did not have any sort of protection against the elements and did not have much support other than the walls themselves.
